A person born in the Dublin region of Ireland, who tends to add an "O" onto the end of someones name. To call someone a "Jimo" suggests that the person is of Dublin chav origin, and the suffix "O" is widely used in folk circles. In popular culture: "Monto" by the band "The Dubliners".
