means that a person is not hott at all..opposite of being hott is being cold, so freezing would be the correct term for someone that is really ugly-you could also say "FREAKIN FREEZING" if they happen to be the ugliest person on the planet

Freeing Pan Pan

The act of being a fucking idiot and quitting on something your have progressed on. Used as a nickname of quitting essentially and not wanting to do it anymore. (ex. Idc anymore, i owe you nothing). Also dropping something for a hoe could be seen as freeing pan pan.
