d'yer mak'er

D'yer Mak'er (intended to be pronounced with a British non-rhotic accent as "jah-may-kah") is a song by Led Zeppelin, from their 1973 album Houses of the Holy. The name of the song is derived from Jamaica and is a play on words based on the joke, "My wife's on vacation in the West Indies." "Jamaica?" "No, it was her idea." The title was chosen because it reflects the reggae flavor of the song. Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant has said that he finds it amusing when American fans pronounce the title as "Dyer Maker."

Dyerite

A devotee, fanboy, fangirl, beta orbiter, or otherwise affiliated person with the 'Eastern Orthodox' Christian theologian and Gaia TV star Jay Dyer. The mannerisms and beliefs of a Dyerite may include: flat earth, the 'carnivore' diet, multiplicity in God ("the one and the many"), and deference for Jay Dyer as a modern-day Church Father and saint. The Dyerite's knowledge of Orthodox Christian history and doctrine extends to what is gleamed from the three hours of average daily content watched from Dyer's YouTube channel or further nocturnal hours in the 'Orthodox Christian' Discord server run by Dyer.

Our sources within a rival theological camp, the Hillites, report peculiar and changeable behavior from adolescent Dyerites that attempt to debate Jonathan Hill, a rival theologian whom Dyer has excommunicated from Orthodoxy. The Dyerite adapts with ease from traditionalist to liberal to defend Jay Dyer, whom himself has changed religion no less than seven times.

Synonyms: orbiter, devotee, inquirer, catechumen, 'zealots without knowledge' (a phrase coined by renowned Orthodox priest Fr. Seraphim Rose), et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

It was only after John alleged that we work for the CIA, only after he professed ADS as the root of all evils, and only after he reinterpreted the Song of Songs like a modernist when we realized that he is a Dyerite.

An illness/serious disease contracted during intercourse with a humanbreing who has previously been diagnosed with diabetes. This disease can cause respitory failure, athletes foot, depression and self judgement. Unfortunately, it can only be healed with ear removal surgery (earostripathe).
