The antithesis of a papi chulo. A man who believes he is God’s gift looks wise, but in fact is so ugly, that looking at him will hurt your feelings.

I don’t understand her - she keeps trying to get him back because she remembers what he looked like when they met. But that was nearly 20 years ago, and Papi Chulo has become Papi Chupacabra!

Chupacabra

I don't know why this word and it's definition are not well known.
It is Mexican lingo for "crackhead".
"Chupa" is crack and "cabra" is taken from cabeza meaning head.

A single word of exclamation to declare that someone is a crackhead, the Central America Spanish speaking people will simply remark, "Chupacabra!"

Peruvian Chupacabra

A woman dresses up as a goat while a man inserts BBQ sauce up her anus. Upon the initial insertion the man's dominant foot is also inserted in the anus emulating a stomping motion, effectively stirring the sauce. After roughly three minutes of anal BBQ stomping the man drinks his victory juice.
