A mixture of Black Tar Heroin and crushed Tylenol PM tablets. It's addictive and cheap (2 dollars a dose) and often sold to kids to be snorted. Cheese creates euphoria, disorientation, lethargy, sleepiness, and hunger. Withdrawal symtoms occur as soon as 12 hours after discontinued use.
