When you know too much. A break down of the word shows that it is a combination of the words "wise" and "able" meaning that one is now empowered by knowing some fact or truth.

origins: The "w" is easily mistaken for an "m" and the word appears to be "miserable" on first glance to many people. The creator is dislexic and often writes and reads words and letters backwards or upside down.
