Involuntary Veto

Upon any entry by a male into a hole of a partner (we are pro-homo), the partner may perform an Involuntary Veto, accidentally of course. This involves different things for different holes. For a pussy, the female may queef when entered. This mean that the female's vagina has vetoed the instrument (usually a penis). Here's a list of holes and their vetoes:
Pussy - Queef
Anus - Fart
Mouth - Vomit
Ear - Death
Nostril - Sneeze (or in extreme cases, Death)
Empty Eye Socket - Obviously Death

Jane's pussy had an Involuntary Veto on Clark's penis. Superman then ripped her in half.
