Coco Chanel made the wearing of men's clothing a kind of tomboy couture because she altered it to fit herself and her style, feminizing it.

tomboy femme

a girl with sometimes boyish personality or tendencies. Not necessarily has to do with the look. A classification/label in the LGBT community. Can refer to sporty girls or girls who have a tomboyish manner and expression of self.
Can sometimes be girly and enjoy the things girls usually like to do, but may hang out with many guys or just not as feminine-acting as other girls.

I would consider myself to be a tomboy femme -- although i enjoy playing sports or video games, I also enjoy shopping and watching chickflicks as well. And I sometimes wear high heels and skirts from time to time.

Tomboy Gay

A gay man who plays the role of a female and/or bottom in a relationship who isn't outwardly effeminate as a stereotypical "Camp Gay". Very similar to a tomboy in terms of interests/personality/style. Generally a 50/50 on if people can tell if they're gay or not due to a more masculine or unisex way of dressing and acting, yet still enough femininity to signal their preferences.

A: "Is Harry gay? He kind of comes off as it"
B: "I think Harry is a Tomboy Gay, so he likes men, he just isn't flamboyant"
