Example 1: The traffic is defintely pack-a-snack on Fridays.
Example 2: OMG, the DMV line was pack-a-snack.

When you pack multiple sacks (scrotums) into any such sack. The sacks could include, but are not limited to: underwear, mouths, back packs, etc.

After the guys went streaking, they could only find one pair of underwear. They either had to go commando or pack and sack.
