Settler

Within a successful, seemingly stable relationship, the settler refers to the "better half", who in essence settles with their partner. This person tends to be either more attractive, wealthier, smarter, personable or some other quality that would seemingly make their partner look inferior, to the extent that people begin to question why they would even date in the first place.

The opposite of a reacher

Looking at the Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri relationship, it is painfully clear that Janet (Ms. Jackson, if you're nasty) is a settler.

Here you’ll find a cesspool of fledgling fuckboys, overused swear words, girls with more attitude than IQ, a maximum of twelve good people, bad hair cuts, horrible decisions and an exceptional few good teachers that are bound to be sacked. It is charmingly nicknamed but students and rivals alike: slutter.

Someone who frequently opts not to go fishing with his friends. Someone who would much rather talk about fishing than partake in the actual activitiy.

Also someone who waits for all the leg work to be done (I.E. spots found and techniques figured out) then reaps the benifit of all his friends hard work.
