This occurs when someone is "screaming" in all caps but forgets to use shift for the exclamation mark.

Writing in all caps and using the number one for emphasis.

E screaming

the act of E screaming refers to the art of using your CAPS LOCK key during a typical conversation online
(usually on discord). This makes it seem like you are screaming in text, this may be good in some circumstance to provide more impact to the conversation. Although E screaming is often negatively associated with the misuse of the CAPS LOCK key.

Screaming queen

Derived from the term queen.
A screaming queen is a homosexual man who is so overtly camp as to drive everybody, including more moderate homosexuals, to the brink of distraction. Also, somebody whose Gay persona is so patently overacted as to be ridiculous.

3. A term used to convey how frightened you are. Commonly used in place of, or along with:
Heebie Jeebies
Booboo Jeebies
Quiver Shivers
Hoohaa Quivers
Shaky Shivers
and Scooby shivers (named for the shaking that the cartoon character Scooby Doo is prone to do when frightened)

Also, used in place of shorter terms, such as:
Creeps
Shivers
or shakes

Screaming parking lot lady

A loud bitch that goes on a rant about illegal photography in a parking lot. The video starts out with her getting out of a car and demanding a camera. For 4 minutes, she screams about illegal photography and trespassing. At one point someone gets too close to her and she screams GET AWAY FROM ME. he asks what they did wrong and she says(or screams).....
