When your friend is a dumb bitch and commits an act of sneeving. Sometimes just seen as a mispronunciation of "sneezing", it's always fine to see it as a contraction of sneezing and heaving. It meaning a combination of the two actions.

Friend A: So I'm just sitting there sneeving
Friend B: Wow, you're such a sneever.
