Ruffing it

When a person (usually male) undergoes 20 shots of jack in the span of about 20 minutes. then proceeds to projectile vomit and black out. ruffing it sometimes but not always includes lying out of your ass, incoherent shit talking, and a decrease in fine motor control.

My friend was ruffing it last night. We brought him to the hospital with a BAC of .42 He almost died!.... awesome

The state of pure awsomeness, usually achieved by partying really hard or having sex.

Synonyms - Nirvana, Bliss, Orgasm etc.
