Pillai's sign is the visible pulasation of the vulva as a sign indicating aortic regurgitation.

On inspection from the end of the bed, the patient seemed calm and comfortable and there were no paraphernalia of cardivasular diease around the patient's bedside.

On closer inspection Corrigan's, de Musset's, Duroziez's and Pillai's Sign were all present.

An erection problem among athletes. Referring to the fourth pillar who didn't get up during Vancouver's opening ceremony.

Athlete #1: "I can't believe I didn't even make it up to the top ten... Worst thing is, I've been stuck with the Vancouver's fourth pillar problem"
