An awe-inspiring jam-band from New York state that has managed to stay off the radar of the herd-mentality jam-band neo-hippies who cram like sardines into phish shows.
Dude, I saw moe. at the Aragon and it was only half full. They closed the first set with a sick Kids>Mexico, and I didn't have to stand in line for a piss at intermission.

Officially "moe." (small 'm' and a period). Five member non-stop touring jam band from upstate NY. Named for the Louis Jordan album "Five Guys Named Moe", although at the time of the band's conception there were only four members.

A word that was once used to describe a cute anime character. Ever since the novel "densha-otoko" became a national hit in Japan and otakus attracted national attention, non-otakus began to use this word to describe anything cute, from girls to cats (usually with an ironic twist though). Ever since, otakus became reluctant to use this word, as the media depicts them moaning this word like bunch of zombies. Now otakus show their affection by refering to anime characters as their wife.
