Mick Taylor is a British guitarist who first gained fame for playing with John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers. In 1969, Brian Jones was kicked out of the Rolling Stones (he died not long after that). In need of a replacement, Mick Taylor was added to the band.
Taylor was an excellent, but very underrated guitarist. He's definitely as good as Keith Richards, but perhaps even better than that. Despite his skill, he wasn't a very prominent or popular member of the band, often considered the "forgotten" member of the band. In 1974, Mick Taylor left the band. He played with Bob Dylan in the 80s but was otherwise not a very prolific artist since the Stones.

Mick Ronson (born Michael Ronson in Yorkshire, England, UK) was an awesome guitarist. He may be most famous for being the lead guitarist of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars (David Bowie's band in the early 1970's). He performed with Bowie later in his career as well. Mick produced _Transformer_ (Lou Reed) and played piano and guitar on some of it). He had a solo career for a long time and played with people like Mott the Hoople, Lou Reed, and Bob Dylan. Mick Ronson died in 1993 from liver cancer.
Mick Ronson was a fabulous guitarist! I loved his "Moonage Daydream" solo on Spiders from Mars tour.

One of the most under-rated guitarists in the world. He's a guitar prodigy. Almost as good as good as Slash, if not better. He's so awesome and Motley Crue rules.
