A story made up by tall guys with small dicks who have nothing else going for them than their height. The same insecure guys will come up with stories to put down men of all shapes, sizes, looks, professions, talents, and intelligence levels in an attempt to make themselves look better, and still wonder why we women won't go for them.

A ginger haired guy, normally because of being a loser at school with no friends because of being the ginger kid, has a massive chip on his shoulder.
Usually has very low self esteem is insecure, they tend to be very arrogant and they think they know it all, and take everything seriously. All while thinking everybody else is arrogant for not thinking like them.
They will try to compensate for their lack of value in someway or another, this could be, behaving like a dick towards others, or spending most their lives trying to be top dog in their career or something else, being fueled by their anger of being ginger and jealousy of other people.

Looks like my next door neighbor Adam has a bad case of ginger man syndrome, I said hi to him and apparently he thought I was being sarcastic, he won't talk to me now, he's a funny guy, no wonder he has no friends.

Aggression or needless bumptiousness displayed by a man below average height when it is perceived to be an attempt to compensate for his small size.
A shorter guy is constantly jostled in a crowd by an unthinking taller guy who sees over his head. Eventually, the shorter guy reacts aggressively by verbally abusing the taller guy. The taller guy is superciliously amused because the amount of aggression shown by the shorter guy is disproportionate to his presumed physical ability to carry through his threats. "Oh - it's short man syndrome".

little man's syndrome is when a small man drinks till he feels like he is 6'4 250. they most often have firends that cant stand to drink with them. they will tell storys of fights they were in to make them sound like a bad ass.
Working at a bar bouncing, little man's syndrome in the parking lot with a Smirnoff ice. went out two of the female staff were telling him to give them his drink. took his drink from him and he started yelling at me and told me he was a cage fighter and if i wanted a round house. then he trys to fight two women and a few guys. i tell him to fucking leave and a woman he was with pulled him back to his ride. if you cant with stand a woman pulling you, you realy think you could kick a man ass. ha
