Someone who thinks of himself/herself as David, and the other guy as Goliath in any argument or incident, thinks the other guy is always the argumentative one. Someone who will create drama out of what doesn't matter in life, and where there was no drama.
The instigator carried a couple stones for her slingshot at the beach in case the seagulls thought she was bluffing.

Get the Instigatormug. Trying to force someone to leave or kick them out of somewhere for no reason isn't compassion or tough love, it's not any kind of love, it's being an instigator.
The instigator's babysitter didn't leave him/her with anything to do that day, so he/she went around trying to kick people out or run them off from different places for no good reason, because it made him/her feel tougher.

The instigator was playing all sides, from anti-abortion to abortion supporters (to turn them against one another), from people that lived in mansions to people with no home (people of all walks of life), the instigator was always trying to rally people (into a mob) to fight for her because then she wouldn't have to fight alone (since she hated being alone), she could always outnumber an opponent, she could always roll people deep to walk/trample over an opponent if it wasn't just her by herself, a bully, a little girl, a mouse always looking to pick a fight with people she thought were weaker or less feisty than her.

Get the Instigatormug. The instigator couldn't let the elementary school kids laugh at him/her, so he/she posed as a something they would respect, someone who broke rules, while posing as someone who loved rules to play the adults while trying to get a few of them to respect him/her.

The instigator was a bully, a little girl with a warm liquid hate, and not the warm heart she pretended to have in front of others that didn't know much about her darker side.

Get the Instigatormug. Someone that nobody would miss, somebody that tries to run people off from their own town even when they're not even from the town.
The instigator did everything she did to excess (mostly due to lack of self control). She told everyone she was like Bach thinking they would start respecting her at some point, but in reality she was more like Patrizia Reggiani or Jim Jones to people that knew her well and saw past her updated image/knew her darker side that she didn't tell anybody about (the one that erased previous versions of who she said she was and put small town graffiti over it).
