A cute little town in L.A. county full of all types of colorful people of all ethnicities and sexual orientations...it has an urban-outfitters-ish vibe, plenty of attractive outgoing young people, their grandparents and people who come from old money typically populate north of Los Feliz blvd. where you can't buy even a shack for under $1,000,000. A very cosy, yet accepting place to live. Great people, great nightlife, close to everything, a wonderful place to grow up.
