Fillabuster-To shoot a cop. 'Filla' is another way of saying 'fill a', and in this context, it can be assumed the speaker means fill with bullets. 'Buster' refers to how cops call arresting someone busting them.

"One of the cops hit Buzzy when they nabbed him, and he wasn't resisting or nothing. So we're gonna go fillabuster."

filibusted

This word has duel meanings with a root in the wearing of a busted style. The most common usage is to describe a band or designer rocking their own shit. A more obscure usage refers to a style where a person mixes too many labels at once. A filibuster is a culprit.

Adidas shirt, Vans sneakers? Filibusted. With Nike socks? Fully filibusted.

An extended interval of loud/tempestuous monologue/dialogue that's intended to bully down and/or suppress opposition/suspicion, without actually providing any true validity or solid tangible proof that the proffered opinions/assertions are actually reasonable, accurate, etc.

Nobody listened to Bill Clinton's filibluster about "For the record, I did **NOT** **HAVE** **SEXUAL** **RELATIONS** with that woman." And they aren't listening to him now, either, especially since it was later revealed that he had indeed "gotten some".
