A combination of the words 'breasts' and 'testicles'

1. Breasts, tits, boobs, knockers, puppies, baps etc... which are cold.

2. Used to describe a man which has undergone surgery to become a woman or vice versa, so that at one point in their life, that person will have had both breasts and testicles.

1. "My boobs, are so cold - they've got breaticles on them."

2. "Tranny's have got breasticles!"
