Being absolutely terrible at golf and cheating to make up for it. This includes shanking, topping, and even whiffing of golf shots. Also addictive cheating is involved and can be very tiresome and annoying.

Derived from American rappers who say 'yo' a lot in their rhymes.

Mother: Who are those boys who wear long shirts, sagging trousers and their caps backwards?
Daughter: Those are my friends
Mother: Why do you have yo bali friends??

Chichi: my boyfriend is so cool
Chansa: no he isn't, he's a yo bali
Fridah: yeah he and his friends think they're running shit. so annoying

A very dangerous suburb on the southern fringe of the northern beaches. Known for its gangs, drug dealings, drive bys, graffiti and other gangster related activity. Balgowlah Heights is inner suburb of Balgowlah which is widely recognised as more "ghetto" than Compton itself.
