A slang term used to refer to a person who hails from Michigan, usually used in a derogatory manner.

Sports Fan 1: "Get your Detroit Tigers lookin ass out of here"

Sports Fan 2: "Yea, you fuckin Migger. It's all about the White Sox bitch!"

Migger: "You Chicagoans suck. I'm going back to Grand Rapids"
