A person who has to have the last post, or word. If two or more Looper's meet, they both want the last post, or word. This causes a loop.

I want the last word or post because I am a Looper.

the bermuda triangle of useless story, 3 min conversation converted into 4 hour lecture. has been known to ruin entire nights and socialization experiences. known causes "B". ways to stop unknown. if one encounters a b-loop recommended treatment is to nod and walk away.

yesterday B wouldnt stop talking, i was stuck in a b-loop of her piddledicking around for 6 hours.

Coop-A-Loop

The name given to one with Coop-like characteristics. One of the more prominent characteristics is the coop-like luck. A Canadian Coop is called Coop-eh-loop. They are generally observed as having curly hair and glasses.

giggle loop

Taking the definition from jbastard on Feb 26 ... Uncontrollable laughter, often snowballing beyond one's control and leading to some humiliation. Best observed when you are the only one laughing and no one around you knows why.

AND ADDING
And people around you start laughing even tho they don't know what you are laughing about and then you really can't stop and they can't stop and when it all finally rolls to a stop with ribs splitting and face aching you tell them what started it for you and they are all totally bewildered. It's a viral giggle loop.

Eating lunch outside with friends and the wind makes Joe's hair swirl around like a dead squirrel rolling around in a Chicago wind, but by the time you stop laughing there is no way to explain it.
