An incredibly obnoxious human being , one with very low intelligence but maintains their genius. Frequent use of the word increases dopamine and decreases stress. A versatile word in that it can be meant to insult or used to describe one’s close friends as playful. The tolerable idiot.

Fucktard is the shorting of the slur Ret@a#d with the word Fuck in front of it, commonly used as and insult. People who use it either do not care and like to use the r-slur and others who use it think they are being morality superior by using this instead of the r-word but they are not and and need to stop using any variation of the word "tard".
