Where a person is more racist than "mildly racist" without being full Hitler. Borne out of the Indian curry menu, a two chilli racist feels comfortable in their racism, but does not make a comfortable dinner party guest.

A police officer that abuses his/her power and is a general asshole to people of color and abuses people and gets away with it. Not to be confused with a regular cop, which is becoming a stereotype. There are some good cops.

2020 sadly, but definitely has a new meaning. Mainly an excuse and/or hatred on another race

going to extreme levels of hypocrisy and accusing others (usually people with hatred against own race) that they are people mainly intolerant to another race, or the exact opposite. Usually for popular trends up to date.

Or you just hate someone, and they happen to be half Mexican or something like that. Then someone notices and calls you a racist. And then you will forever be a racist with no opinion

I hate all Trump supporters because somebody a long time ago, mentioned he was a racist or something..
