An entreprenigga is an entrepreneur by heart, but they haven't officially gotten to the role of entrepreneur because they are doing things by "niggerish" routes. Entrepreniggas are missing that critical step to becoming an entrepreneur. Many people can progress from being entrepreniggas to being entrepreneurs, but some people stay as entrepreniggas.
