The opposite of thrust. Typically used in tandem with the word "thrust".

The "yoink" to thrust's "yeet".

Bro 1: "Yo bro, I may have gotten a girl pregnant last night. "
Bro 2: "What?! How?"
Bro 1: "Well I was thrust and thrungling her real good. Like, she was begging for more. Anyway, I forgot to thrungle after my last thrust, so I came inside of her."
