Engagement Troll

A social media post that encourages engagement by having people correct an intentional mistake in the comments. (i.e. misspelled word, incorrect fact, or staged blooper)

Q: Dude, why do so many people on TikTok have smoke detectors beeping?

A: It’s an engagement troll. They want people to point it out in the comments to increase engagement.

When someone is attempting to bait a person in a videogame in voice chat or in-game text chat, trying to make them really mad and get a reaction out of them with something that is obviously false.

Hyper Troll

To have intercourse with a girl, wearing a squid mask/helmet, and then whilst nutting on the girls face, scream "Squid Games" and then bust in her eye. The hyper troll occurs when the girl being nutted on has been assaulted prior. Allegedly.

Damien: "Yo dude im gonna hyper troll this girl who was touched as a child"

fetish troll

A troll that makes fake posts in order to get people to read with their fantasies and feed their fetishes. This type of troll gets off on comments that acknowledge and interact with their fetish fantasies.

You can usually tell a post is fake and written by a fetish troll when the post has too many unnecessary details and the details are related to some sort of fetish. They usually ask for “advice” at the end in order to get people to interact with their fake posts.

“Wow! A guy in this violin lovers facebook group made a post saying his violin teacher spanks him with his violin bow for making mistakes! He’s saying he constantly feels sore and wants advice.”

“Ugh, that’s just a fetish troll. Don’t feed his fantasies.”
