Used to describe the translucent jumbo rolls of "toliet paper" found is such places as hospitals, college dorms, bars, etc. It takes about 50+ sheets of "toliet paper" to wipe sufficiently & usually rips off one sheet at a time

I'm sick of using the √toliet paper to wipe my ass with at work, I may have to bring in a roll of charmin

1. Who needs computers or cars or hydrogen fuel cells?! Paperclips are the answer to all our problems.

Momentum Paper

(n.) - weak one-ply toilet paper that tears off from the initial tug by the user in order to create the necessary momentum to tear off a sufficient amount to wipe one's ass pocket. Usually, the aforementioned user will be a shit pocket themselves, and discard this paper onto the floor of a public restroom for the master of custodial arts to come and clean up.

The plethora of momentum paper on the ground suggests that we're out of shit paper.
