They are only considered one and can be offended by this if A. Their cunt looks ugly to anyone who sees it because of how much access skin is there to protect the clit from any unwanted stimulation. Or B. They have masturbated so much that if they stimulate their cunt in a certain way.. it feels weird if licked and not sucked on.
