A phrase that is meant to request action from someone. Whether it be for said person to go get something or do the speaker a "solid" of some sort. It is often misunderstood completely by the speaker's intended target, resulting in an unfullfilled request and an overwhelming sense of "wow that guy/girl is a little bitch". The object of the phrase, "ball", can be interchanged with any desired noun that the speaker would like to be given to them.

Vinny: Ight man, imma stump you outrageous

(verb) Can also be used as skee ballin' or skee balled. It is a sexual term describing the act of a male rubbing his testicles up the torso of his partner, starting at the naval, before placing them in her (or his) mouth. The name is derived from the game skee ball, often seen at carnivals, where one rolls a ball up a ramp with the ultimate goal of said ball landing in one of the high point goals at the peak of the ramp.
