It was later revealed in 2024, Dr Disrespect was caught messaging a minor back in 2019. Dr Disrespect has now been dubbed a pedophile and has coined the name "Dr. Diddy" after the American Rapper P. Diddy, Due to P. Diddy's sexual assault allegations, and allegations of gangraping a minor. Dr Disrespect has denied any sexual advances were made, but admitted that conversations with the minor went in "certain" directions. Since these allegations, Dr Disrespect has been removed from any and all brand deals, removal of any cosmetics of him in video games, and was removed from Midnight Society, a company Herschel helped create.
