A poor relative is someone you try to make look like a poor person so that your other relatives can live lavish lifestyles.I..e no divorce, 3 course meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, drive luxury cares, own mansions, gamble at the casinos every month. It is actually not really acceptable. and pretty low and scummy.
