Oskar list

An "Oskar list" is a list of urgent tasks that are not included in any planning documents or schedules. The tasks that make up an Oskar list are usually communicated to the assignee via post-it notes or via private messages on a communication platform.

"I just found a few issues in the latest code release. I'll put together an Oskar list and send it to you on Slack."
