The act of licking the bottom side of your hand and then using it in a sawing motion on someone’s neck to irritate them.

My girl and I were play fighting in the bedroom last night and I gave her the ol’ Necksaw. She hated it.

She is something, she will leave you alone while you are crying or bleeding just because she saw a old friend from 5 years ago but she is the most goofiest person ever and is sweet sometimes but not that good of a friend for an introvert.
