Packing Spheres occurs when a child under 10 has a spherical equivalent eyeglass prescription in at least one eye stronger than + or - 2 Diopter OR When a person over 10 has a spherical equivalent eyeglass prescription in at least one eye stronger than + or - 6 Diopter.

Dude. My Granddaughter just got back with her new glasses from the optician. I'm glad she has good glasses now...that kid is really Packing Spheres!

The pack of ten hypodermic needles sold at pharmacies to people without a prescription. Intended for use by diabetics without a prescription in an emergency, but more often used by heroin ("smack") junkies and vagrants.
