Substance created when cheap american cheese merges with mayonnaise due to their being allowed to co-mingle for too great a duration. Often found in sub-par sandwiches and wraps.

Bri: "That roast beef wrap was gross."

Chris: "Yeah, that's because all you could taste was the scrummel. I've had better sandwiches from gas stations."

Life seems meaningless, you want to have a black best friend and become a doctor.
