A phrase which can be used to express how great something is.

For example, when ranking the greatness of something on a scale of one to ten, saying it is off the charts, as in: borderline 11.

-Person 1: I swear, this summer's gonna be a ten.
-Person 2: Ten Plus
-Person 1 and 2 together: Borderline 11!

That mood change people get in when they're awake past 11pm. This usually results in one saying weird things or becoming inappropriately flirty due to being horny And is often aimed towards people who definitely shouldn't be flirted with such as ex's.

11-ism

The 1984 film "This is Spinal Tap" had a scene where a guitarist explains why they're so loud--the amps have volume dials that go to 11. When the interviewer asks why they don't just recalibrate so that 10 is the highest, there's a confused pause, after which the guitarist repeats, "These go to 11."

An 11-ism is any similar bit of clueless thinking.

Did you hear his defense of horoscopes? What an 11-ism!

I watched the political debates last night and have never heard so many 11-isms packed into one block.
