Down like six thirty!

Down like six thirty - A phrase popularized in urban hip hop as a term for extreme agreement or participation. It was derived from a visual reference of the face of an analogue clock commonly worn around the neck as part of early hip hop fashion. At 6:30 both hands of the clock point downwards. The phrase is usually accompanied with an exaggerated motion of the speaker thrusting both hands downward to further exaggerate the exclamation.

Yo! You wanna grab some chicken and waffles?

Yeah, boy! I'm down like six thirty!

A term often used and popularized by the military to check at your 6 o'clock position. Which would be right behind you at any given point.

Sergeant: Private, check your six and tell me if you see any bogeys.

Private: Yes sir!

To hang back and watch out for somebody when they are going into a potentially dangerous situation. As in before a large illegal transaction, or while conducting a robbery.

Has nothing to do with police being 5-0. Actually derived from military communications. When an infantry squad is moving, one member may be assigned to "watch the squad's 6", meaning their 6 o'clock (behind them).

Alright guys, there's supposed to be no guns inside the pool hall, so you stay out here and keep six for me. If I you hear shots or I'm not out in 20 minutes, come in blasting.

A theoretical composition of chromosomes reserved for the next level of evolution of our genetic consciousness, and is meant to be on a more spiritual level. This is said to result in power and ability that far surpasses all mankind as we know it, and is a step towards 'perfection'. Our (99.9% of mankind) current genetic makeup contains 44 and 2 chromosomes.

Jesus Christ is said to have had a forty-six & two chromosome composition, hence the term "Christ Consciousness" which is believed to be the result of forty-six & two chromosomes. Of course, the idea of him having such a number of chromosomes and that being the source of his abilities is all theoretical.
