get read

Normally used in multiplayer video games, it refers to when you make a move and anticipate the opponents next move and counter it. This usually comes with experience of being put in the same scenarios with various opponents (usually due to popularity of character/tactic etc.), and through trial and error, strategies are developed to counter said scenarios.

Additionally, this is normally a flammatory statement. Directed most of the time what the player perceives as a "noob"
