1. The act of someone trying to be funny after one person makes an actual funny joke or comment about them, but they do so by repeating in back in a stupid/moronic/idiotic/annoying tone of voice. This is done to help the Mo-ron cope with the difficulties or embarrassment he/she is dealing with and the lack of ability to come up with something more clever.

Friend 1: Stand up when you talk to me you bald Aziz Ansari lookin jack ass!
Mo-ron: (In a high pitched annoying voice) -"Stand up when you talk to me you bald Aziz Ansari lookin jack ass!"
