Gemper is the term used by an illiterate or lazy console gamer that decides to insult someone who may or may not have been camping in a console game.

Gemper originally stems from Camper but is reprocessed into Gemper after a small aneurysm in the brain, resulting in dysphasia and the resulting in Gemper.

the second wave of niche memes that took over Instagram. the generation one niche memes are regarded as more ‘personal’ and seldom ask for likes or attention. generation two niche memes are usually made for clout and with the intention of getting popular. post from gen 2 niche memes include posts like ‘like this post and see what you get!’ or ‘choose a _____ and get a _____.’ generation two niche memes were also the first to try to maintain a nice-looking feed, as gen 1 ones were more focused on content rather than aesthetic. gen 2 meme accounts are what stan twitter likes to call ‘locals.’
