Stiernacken is a Superpower which only few can acquire.
The only person that is known to possess this magical ability of sensing when banks get robbed is a Italian man by the name of Paolo.

Stiernacken signals the robbing of a bank by vibrating. Depending on the danger of the situation at the scene of the crime, the Stiernacken often tends to vibrate violently.
