Slow Driving Pussies- When there is snow or ice or sleet on the ground in a place that doesn't normally have weather such as this and people just go nuts and drive way too slow. Its snow not a tightrope.

A summary of an event given by a stupid person. Instead saying he summed up an event you would say that he sdummed up an event. The origion of the term is from an internet newsgroup called 'The Texas Thai's', circa: 1997.
The term 'sdums' is now widely used on all newgroups.
