googolplex

A number equal to ten to the power of a googol. That is, 10^10^100.

If you wanted to see an example of a googolplex, you would have to look at the entirety of the universe on a subatomic level: the estimated number of atoms in the universe is around 10^10^78.

If you tried to print all of the zeros in a googolplex in 1 point font, the result would be a line that could stretch from one side of the visible universe to the other (60-80 billion light years according to current observation and theory) and possibly make the trip around at least once more, assuming that there was enough matter in the universe for that process to take place.

And the googolplex is not the last number that we have assigned "googol" or "plex" to.

Any example I could give wouldn't mean anything to you because of the sheer scales I would be talking about.

For an example of a googolplex, do some research on quantum theory, the quantum inflation, and multiverse theory.

Google Shock

A form of shock induced by using the Google search engine. Google Shock occurs when one types in the first few words of an innocent sentence and Google attempts to guess what you are typing by filling it in with a shockingly inappropriate and unrelated ending.

For instance, you want to type “How do I get my car to start?” in the search prompt. By the time you have typed in “How do I get my”, Google has guessed that you are typing “How do I get my sister to sleep with me?”. Shock ensues.

I was feeling depressed about life so I decided to ask Google “why are we here?”. I had gotten as far as typing in “why are” and Google’s first guess was that I was asking “why are black people so loud”. The following Google Shock brought me out of my depression.

googlie-eyed

GOOGLEIT

the word googleit is derived from the two words "google" and "it". however, when used together they take on a whole new meaning. whenever a question is asked of someone and they have no clue as to the answer, out of sheer and utter intelligence, the answer should be: GOOGLE IT!!!!!!

Charles asked me, " what is an antenem?" I thought it was my mothers sister and all of her children. But as to not make him look bad, i kindly said, "I don't know charles, GOOGLEIT"!!!

A phrase which when entered into the Google Search Engine will return no hits. Upon being discovered, the googlenope ceases to exist as it will invariably be written about after its discovery.

Brad: I was looking for good British royalty porn yesterday and I put "Queen Elizabeth's Buttocks" in Google but nothing came up.

Chris: Really? Guess it's a googlenope.
