Has it's origin in a game of Halo when a player referred to a Banshee as a Plane, (which is a much more litteral word to describe it), and as a mocking taunt, AcrazyMoomoo (D. Witchley) began calling automatic guns "High Speed Bullet Dispensers".

Also known as dipped the cut, or dip the cut.
