It’s a thing that only coons and hip hop intellectuals do. Mostly criming, vandalism , violence, assault and things a normal functioning person doesn’t accept as normal.

I went to NYC and took the subway because of congestion pricing but got mugged by a group of coons acting our their cooraneria.

It's a type of deviant behavior associated with coons, such as criming, theft, vandalism, and pure chaos. These behaviors are common at school grounds, malls, and any place where many of them congregate. You will never see this behavior around an employment office.

I went to the mall to buy clothes for my teenage daughter, she was shocked at the types of cooraneria at the mall. On our way home, I said about those hip hop visionaries.
