Cheeze

The term which defines fake/pho "cheese." It is used mainly by vegans/raw vegans. the process where you take NON animal derivitives and make a creamy ball of nuts/soy, or some other substance. It's 100% healthier for you, without all that cholesterol & sat. fat!
