Slang for a second-tier hoe. Another evolution of a thot. Also used to describe the fictional character Kim Mills. From thot + prostitute. The act of being a thotstitute is "thotstitution". First mentioned by the popular Facebook page Bardock Obama.

Putting 'taken' in your bio not gonna stop a dude from DMing/inboxing you. Liam Neeson's daughter was taken twice and he still went after her. Its up to you not to be a little thotstitute.
